‘MOSEY on down’ for some classic western action at The Grampus Inn, Lee, on Wednesday of next week (February 27).

In fact, walk into a real western saloon to enjoy the next instalment of the Beaford Arts extraordinary event season with the atmosphere and characters of your favourite classic western.

Bristol-based theatre company Action Hero re-creates the scenes all remember - when the hero walks into a bar and everyone stops talking, where the lady begs to be loved, where the hero dies a long and drawn out death.

The show is A Western… where the audience cheat at cards, beg our hero to love them and then shoot him down!

Anyone who enjoys a good western will love A Western, with its combination of the immediacy and intimacy of live performance with the epic emotional experience of the classic cinema blockbuster.

The show is recommended for over 16s and starts at 7pm. Tickets are £6 from The Grampus on 01271 862906. Pot luck meal £5 after the show, booking essential.
