The Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Extravaganza in the Strand Gardens on Monday, June 4, won’t be the same without you!
In 1953 rationing came to an end and, once more, the people of Britain could celebrate life in the golden era dance halls up and down the country. Top rank!
Have you harboured a secret longing to tread the boards once more?
Dust off your retro dresses and dapper uniforms, now is your chance, so, step up all you 1950s crooners, jivers, boppers, lindy hoppers, twisters, swingers, jitterbuggers and rock and rollers your Queen and country need you!
We want to hear from all those performers from the 1950s and those with old cine movies, pictures and tales to tell from the year of our Queen’s Coronation and we invite you to celebrate the occasion with Exmouth.
