Remember a few weeks ago when you came across an article in the Journal sports pages about a free jogging course for absolute beginners and thought “That sounds like it might suit me”, writes Dave Eveleigh.

Well you haven’t missed it, the first session is at 6.30pm a week on Monday, April 16.

The meeting point is the car park of the Exmouth Tennis centre near the church at the bottom of Withycombe Village Road.

The course is for absolute beginners and it is absolutely free.

The course leader is Bob Woodall who can be contacted on 01395 271665 for further information or just turn up on Monday the 16th!
