Feniton banked maximum points from a seven wicket success at Countess Wear where skipper Mark Kingdon led from the front.
Kingdon claimed figures of 6-48 as the Exeter side were bowled out 173.
The skipper then hit a century to lead his side to an empathic triumph.
With the weather looking set to close in Kingdon asked his batsmen to get home quickly and he led from the front with a knock of 106 as he and Graham Tucker (49no) put on 145 for the third wicket.
Kingdon fell with victory six runs shy, Charlie Selley was the other not out batsman at the close.
Kingdon said: “I told the lads that perhaps we ought to approach the run chase as a Twenty20 style game and that’s just what we did. It was great for me on a personal level, but I am just one of a team that is all doing its job at the moment.”
