Speeding drivers beware

Police in Honiton say they will continue to tackle drivers flouting the speed limits.

Honiton’s neighbourhood policing team and Highways staff will be joining forces to address concerns over speeding in the town.

PCSO Darren England told Honiton Town Council last week that the agencies will be working together over the next month to tackle drivers flouting the 30mph speed limit in Battishorne Way.

He also said that police had received a request to monitor Millhead Road and that officers will be deploying speed indication devices and speed guns.
