Am I missing something? It seems only yesterday that the citizens of Exmouth expressed very clear views regarding a supermarket on the estuary. As a result, East Devon District Council withdrew the plan and Asda walked away.

Quelle surprise! We are back on the roundabout again - this time the Exmouth Masterplan, which not only involves a supermarket on the rugby ground, but includes selling off the Elizabeth Hall, and now the Exmouth Splash rears its head.

What’s happened to local consultation? Which supermarket is interested? (I bet it is ASDA).There seems to be an ominous silence from previously active opponents to this scheme. I wonder why?
