Praise for Bideford Heritage Day

SIR – I would like to congratulate the committee of Bideford Heritage Day 2012 on a most enjoyable day.

My friend and I went to see the cannon firing and stayed to see the sheep cross the bridge. We went to parts of Bideford we had been to for a long time.

In the evening we went to hear the new Scorpion Band plus supporting players and had a really fantastic time.
