Owner searches for missing dog

A dog owner is appealing to residents after his lurcher went missing.

Ian Snape, of Lympstone, lost Harvey an 18 month old Lurcher, half collie and half deer hound.

He was last seen at around 2pm on Wednesday January 23 on Woodbury common.

Ian said: “Something spooked him and he ran from Uphams plantation towards Bicton Common. He was last seen near the B1379.

“He is a beloved family pet and we would dearly like him back safe and sound.”

Harvey is predominantly black with light brown legs and grey around the eyes/muzzle. He is wearing a DPM collar with no tag.
