Children from Otterton Church of England Primary School have raised almost £1,300 for charity over the past few weeks.
The pupils raised £306.30 for Sports Relief by running a mile around the playground, by holding a cake sale and through sponsorship.
The annual mad hatters’ parade and event raised £790.82 while ‘Easter Knitters’ Lily O’Neill, Robyn Pickering-Moffat, Ruby Ford, Evie Archibald and Ella Durham raised £179.63 for Cancer Relief. They knitted items which were then sold at both events.
Headteacher Carron Saunders said: “Well done to everyone in the school

“A big thank you again to all those involved.
