An Exmouth man is celebrating after winning tickets to the London Paralympics.
Tim Riley won two tickets to the games after entering a contest while banking online with Lloyds TSB, and has picked them up from the bank’s Exmouth branch.
Tim’s tickets are for the final of the wheelchair tennis, and he expects to find it more interesting than the able-bodied games.
He said: “The fact it isn’t the main Olympics doesn’t disappoint me, as I’ll be seeing people who’ve overcome all sorts of difficulties to do what they’re doing.
“It’s the real Olympics as far as I’m concerned, because its not people earning lots of money like Usain Bolt, but people who are getting around their disabilities and getting on with life.”
