Uplyme Pre-school perform their nativity at a packed village hall
The children from Uplyme Pre-school performed their annual nativity play - `Away in a manger` - to a packed village hall.
They told the story of Maurice the Mule who had a disturbed night with animals playing in his manger as well as shepherds, kings and a baby! They are all stopping him from eating his hay.
The children acted out the parts with many of them being stable animals. Special praise should go to Rhea who was a brilliant Maurice.
