GRILL PAN FIRE: The fire service received reports of a burning smell from a property in Imperial Road on Monday morning.
Crews from Exmouth, along with the aerial platform from Exeter, were called to Alexandra House at around midday. They found a grill pan had caught fire on the second floor of the property.
Devon and Somerset Fire and Rescue Service said the fire was out on arrival so crews carried out an inspection of the property.
