Police are hunting thieves who made off with expensive antique metal milk churns from a property in Salcombe Regis in December. Read this and more.

CHURNS STOLEN: Police are hunting thieves who made off with expensive antique metal milk churns from a property in Salcombe Regis in December.

The distinctive items, with Honiton and Stockport stamped on them respectively, were taken between Christmas Day and December 28.

Anyone with information has been urged to contact police on 101, crime reference: KS/13/45.

JUMBLE SALE: A jumble sale next Saturday (February 16) will raise money for Apple Tree Pre-school.

The event will take place at the St John Ambulance Hall from at 10am.

LOST PETS: Pet owners whose animals have gone missing locally can now turn to Facebook to spread the word.

The Lost and Found Cats and Dogs Exmouth Exeter and East Devon page was set up by Ian Huxtable in a bid to reunite missing pets with their owners.

Friends of the group were delighted when fluffy black cat Gucci was returned home safe and well.
