16/03/2010, 5:02 PM Watchdog Joined on 07/11/2008 Posts 95 Starfish phenomenen at Budleigh Salterton What an amazing sight - thousands of golden starfish washed up on the beach at Budleigh Salterton yesterday and again today. Nature is totally amazing, if unkind at times. Thrown up on the beach by the tide, the starfish covered a foot-wide band the full length of the beach from Steamer Steps to Otter Head. The tide came in last night and washed them back to sea, but they were back on shore again on the next tide. If you missed the sight, visit the Journal'swebsite and see pictures and video.    Report
