Let's hope that Councillor Malcolm Florey does the decent thing and resigns, rather than try to continue as an East Devon representative while living and working in France. The rules which would him to continue provided he attended a couple of meetings or so a year should be changed! How can he keep tabs on what local people think and feel about topics when living across the Channel.    Report
