Knife crime! Does no-one care!

After the murder of a friend, and the follow on stabbings in a normally quiet town, i must ask....what are we doing to prevent knife crime!?!

Nothing, that is the real answer...it doesn't matter until it happens near home. Do you feel safe going out after dark? Because I sure don't, and many of my close friends feel the same. How many innocent lives need to be forced the way of the blade before the country re-acts? We are the voice of everyone, the government will not listen until sufficient numbers of us make a stand! Too many young lives are taken because of "knife culture", and why do you stand idly by? Make yourselves heard! The government know that at least 1/3 of young people carry weapons, yet they do nothing to dis-arm the situation. If they cannot get money from fines, then they cannot be bothered. This seems to be the case around the country, the police, bless them...do all they can, but under current laws, they are unable to help the population control this escalating problem.

Do you believe in a free world? then now is the time to act, inform your local parliament representative.... inform the police on ANY random acts of violence, DO NOT STAND for knife crime! Your children are at risk, your children's children are at risk... I don't want my daughter to grow up in a abomination of Britain! This is England! We have lost too many lives, outside of war.... and for what reason? Gangsta Rap....guns, drugs, knives... I must ask, WHY?

We can bury our heads in the sand so long...until a friend is killed or injured through a malicious act of knife crime, and we do nothing... NOTHING!

France riots the streets because it doesn't like the goverments ideas... and we do....NOTHING!

This is not an incitement to violence, rather the complete opposite...

But "How many more young people need to die by "knife culture" before the country makes a stand?"

The time for talk is over...the time for action is now! Government need to impose automatic prison sentences for ANYONE without a permit, carrying an offensive weapon. More police "stop checks" are required, since they are they only ones equipped to handle an attempted stabbing, before the country takes a "vigilante" approach. Martial law doesn't seem so bad an idea in the world we live right now.

If you support this post, then I and many others salute you and your bravery. If you do not support this post, then that is your choice, and we are all doomed to an escalating world of violence and death.
