The cost of biking could go up if charges for parking on council owned car parks are introduced in the south west. Following the recent introduction of charges in London's Westminster area have fueld fears amongst bikers elsewhere that authorities will introduce them on their own turf.Many bikers from the South West will have been following the ongoing battle between bikers and the powers that be at Westminster City Council over the introduction of the parking charges for motorcycles.
