A Garden Pond From Scratch

Midweek Herald editor Belinda Bennett has always longed for a garden pond. Inspired by childhood memories of a neighbour's pond in a back garden in Whitebridges, Honiton, she has since enjoyed happy times observing aquatic life in a pond of near lake proportions at the home of a friend's parents in rural Dorset. White spot gone

All four fish free of white spot, happy, looking healthy.
They have been uprooting plants and the water is murkey, but test kit says it is safe.
Will carry out a 50 per cent water change when temperature drops later in the week.Will refill very slowly to avoid maor change in pond.
